Crime Walks at Älvsborg Fortress

For almost 200 years, prisoners sat in the vaults of New Älvsborg Fortress. On this criminal history tour of the fortress you will learn more about prison life and the prison guards. You will visit cells and vaults and hear about the crimes, the punishments, the food, the diseases, the drinking, the punishments, the escapes, the many murders and about the prisoners who were taken away to be beheaded.
